Class is in session! Welcome to Songwriting Skool with Amy and Mirabai (name pending - if you have a better suggestion we will take it and give you 1 real American dollar! Not kidding.)
We can’t wait to hang out and hear your beautiful creations in-person at Totem Star on Thursday, April 18th from 6:00-7:30 pm!
⭐ ABOUT THE WORKSHOP ⭐
In this, the first of hopefully many songwriting workshops, we will be laying the groundwork with the basics of songwriting as a craft, an art form, and a tool of self expression. We’ll be discussing songwriting process and structure, as well as facilitating writing exercises and group sharing/peer review!
We will also be taking this as an opportunity to gauge interest for future topics of songwriting workshops - Do you want to learn more about lyricism? How to communicate your song with a band/producer? How to use metaphoric devices? Let us know and we’ll incorporate your questions and interests in future workshops!
⭐ HOW DO I JOIN? ⭐
This workshop is open to ages 14-25 at all skill levels and will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with your fellow songwriters in the community!
☑️ RSVP Here: bit.ly/SongSkool
Be there or be square, cause when you’re there, you’re aROUND! (hehe: wordplay.)
