After interviewing our clients regarding their La Quinta home, our objective was to transform the home from an early aughts formal and highly detailed interior into a soothing modern Mediterranean desert retreat. We selected sleek, highly crafted furnishings; incorporated natural, neutral warm tone materials and finishes. All elements within an uncomplicated color scheme results in a home that conveys a peaceful and comfortable continuity.

We're awaiting a few finishing touches but it is so rewarding to see this home come together for our very sweet clients. Thank you for trusting us with this immensely special remodel and much appreciation to our partners for all their hard work.

A gorgeous retreat in La Quinta, just outside of Palm Springs.

All new cabinetry, lighting and plumbing fixtures, tiles and stone were selected. Beams and doors were modified and stained to give the home contrast and architectural definition with custom stone mosaic in the primary bath. Desert Residence's design is quiet and uncomplicated for a soothing and modern Mediterranean retreat.

After spending many years in a tight-quartered Capitol Hill home raising their family of five, our clients approached us with a desire to create a legacy home. In addition to creating more space for gathering, the husband and wife took advantage of the opportunity to create bespoke personal offices for themselves.

For the husband - deep moody green all around, custom crafted desk in exotic Shedua wood and built-in shelves to display cherished artifacts of a well-lived life. This space is an embodiment of quietly articulated refinement and luxury.
