LIW is proud to announce we will be taking part in Goonhammer's upcoming Warhammer 40,000 Global Crusade Campaign - THE VADINAX CAMPAIGN!

Our players will be fighting for control of a planet deep within the Vadinax Sector, which will influence the wider narrative set by Goonhammer!

The global campaign launches January 27 and will run for six-months. LIW will be using Brothers Grim Collectibles in Selden as our main base-of-operations, with small crusade RTT's scattered throughout the campaign!

I am happy to announce the start of something awesome! We are launching our own Warhammer Competitive League (WCL)! This is going to be LIW's mix between a football season and a 40k RTT: a round-robin style tournament (regular season) which will have players gaining points according to wins, losses, and draws, to then be ranked for the play-offs where you all will fight to take home the WCL's Ouroboros Cup and a cash prize!

"Teams" will be a player's 2,000 point matched-play army list that can only be changed once during the regular season and then again going into the playoffs (or at Commissioner's discretion). We will be using the most recent matched-play rules (i.e. War Zone Nephilim Grand Tournament Mission Pack) and any relevant FAQs released prior to 8/28.

Regular season will commence September 1 with the announcement of that round's pairings, at which point players will have two weeks to get their game in

The purpose of this league is meant to be competitive and certainly "play-to-win" and definitely not "win at all costs" (WaaC) but at the end of the day, it's also meant to bring us together as a community around fun and fair competitive play.
