We’re coming back full throttle with before & after photos for you all!

RevitalizeKC has been hard at work and recovering from the flu but we’re ready to show you just what we’ve been up to. From all new windows and doors to a complete gut of the interior, our literal blood, sweat and tears have been poured into this beautiful estate. We also added a brand new private deck off the master suite for all the stargazing and early morning sunrises with a cup of coffee. ☕️🌞

WHAT. A. WEEK. 👏 This half acre wooded lot received over 10 cubic yards of ground cover and had multiple hardscaped paths built for low maintenance landscaping. We also added a fire pit and trail to enjoy year round. Imagining the beauty and splendor this yard will show off in the spring time makes our green thumbs so happy. 🔥🌿

It’s amazing what a fresh coat of paint & TLC can do to revitalize a space. 😍

Introducing our newest mascot, security detail and certified good boy, Ares! 🧡 He proudly joined the family business and is ready to revitalize properties all across Kansas City.

Before & afters of our paint refresh are finally here! *We may or may not have been waiting to post until the shutters were installed, but got too eager to share.* 😉

We used Sherwin-Williams Iron Ore for our matte charcoal base color and Cityscape for the lighter grey. We couldn’t be more happy with how this transformation is unfolding.

There’s a 100% chance you’ll find us working outdoors on days as beautiful as today!

We hardscaped, planted shrubs and had the house repaired and prepped for fresh paint tomorrow. Fingers crossed our house exterior is complete in the next week. 🤞

Our team made major progress on the exterior of the house by getting our paint colors finalized, wood rot & mortar repaired and we continued our landscape development. Next week our Whispering house should have an all new look that we can’t wait to share with you all!
