Starting a new school year can be overwhelming, but it’s also the perfect time to check in with yourself. 📝💭 We’ve created some journal prompts to help you navigate your thoughts and feelings as you dive into this semester. Whether it’s setting goals, managing stress, or simply expressing yourself—these prompts are your guide to staying mentally strong and self-aware. 🌟

Want to spend a semester taking classes in Tokyo, Japan? How about London? Or Ireland? Or maybe take an internship in Costa Rica?

Lakeland University will be hosting an information session on Thursday, Feb. 29 for students who are interested in learning more about Study Abroad opportunities. Food will be provided.

Students will have the chance to meet with peers who have recently studied abroad to learn more about their experiences, and ask any questions they may have.
