We believe harm reduction is simply meeting people where they are, but not leaving them there. Within our clinics, we implement various methods of harm reduction that are not only for our patient population, but for the community as well. To learn more, visit: https://hubs.li/Q01gGc7M0
Within our clinics, we have seen the powerful impact recovery-oriented harm reduction has on our communities. It is not only proactive, but evidence based as well. Harm reduction principles are designed to support our patients as they make the journey toward real, long-term recovery. When you start your recovery journey, things that you either lost in active addiction or things that you have always wanted to accomplish not only seem possible, but they are achievable. here’s the evidence to prove it. To start living the life you deserve, visit: https://bhg.today/pf-aug22
As the 2020 pandemic exacerbated what was already a mounting crisis, many healthcare leaders and policymakers have called for new evidence-based approaches to treatment. It is important, and one of BHG’s core beliefs, to help patients remain connected to the care and support they need as their journey toward recovery ebbs and flows based on their own motivations, which is why we use the Integrated Dynamic Care Model. To learn more about IDCM and its benefits, visit: https://hubs.li/Q016pbts0
A common question some pregnant women might have is whether MAT is safe for her and the baby. Research has clearly shown that ORT (methadone or buprenorphine) is safe for pregnant women and offers you a much greater chance for a healthy baby. To learn more, visit: https://hubs.li/Q016NzLq0
How does BHG treat Opioid Use Disorder?
BHG’s approach is to “meet patients where they are” and offer the level of treatment that is appropriate for the challenges they are facing. Our treatments get more intense when people have more acute needs, and less intense when their clinical situation stabilizes. The goal is to partner with patients throughout their recovery journey, offering what they need when they need it. To learn more, visit: https://hubs.li/Q01868KL0

In recovery, as in life, your mindset is your most powerful asset. Think that you can achieve your recovery goals and you will. Believe that you are capable of making the change you envision for yourself and you can. It will be worth it, because you will have made it so.
