Please be advised that Shelby Township Hall will be closing early at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 28, to accommodate the 2024 Shelby Township Summerfest festivities. Offices will reopen and resume normal business hours at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 1. Please note that the Shelby Township Library and township offices in the Shelby Township Department of Public Works, Shelby Township Police Department, and the Shelby Township Activities Center and Senior Center are unaffected and will maintain regular business hours. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you enjoy the Summerfest celebration.

Macomb Symphony Orchestra to play at Shelby Summerfest The Macomb Symphony Orchestra will play at the Shelby Summerfest.
Thank you to the help of the Kiwanis Club of Shelby Golden K and the Kiwanis Club of Utica-Shelby Township, we will have handicap transports available on campus to offer assistance to those who need it.
Handicap parking will be available in the 41A District Court parking lot. From there, a golf cart transport will safely take you to the event viewing area. When you are ready to return to your vehicle, a transport will take you back!
With all the excitement leading up to the event, we don’t want you to miss out on important information for after the event! Traffic will only be allowed to access the campus and leave the event from the southern Van D**e entrance by the Police Department and 41A District Court.
Please avoid the area of 24 Mile Road and Van D**e after the event on Saturday, June 29. Traffic on Van D**e will not be allowed to go westbound on 24 Mile Road.

Visitors are encouraged to park at one of three shuttle Locations and take a bus to the event for speedy and convenient arrival and departure. Buses will run 3:30-10 p.m. June 28 and 5:30-11 p.m. June 29.
RED SHUTTLE: Parking will be available at the old Kmart building at 7601 23 Mile Road.
GREEN SHUTTLE: Parking will be available at Shelby Junior High at 51700 Van D**e Ave.
BLUE SHUTTLE: Parking will be available at Eisenhower High School at 6500 25 Mile Road.
Shuttle buses will provide pickup and dropoff assistance to and from Summerfest.
