The Friday before Memorial Day weekend has been designated as Don’t Fry Day by the National Council on Skin Cancer Prevention. ☀️

The purpose of this day is to encourage sun safety awareness and to protect their skin during the holiday weekend and what some consider the kick off to summer.

Overexposure of UV rays have been proven to increase the risk of skin cancer and every year more and more people are diagnosed with skin cancer. (I’m one of them!)

Just remember to look for a broad spectrum SPF 30+ and reapply every 2 hours.
