Remember it’s still Children’s Dental Health Month! No age is too young to start caring for their teeth. Is it their first time? Are they a little nervous? Don't worry! They can come in to just sit in the chair and meet Dr. Dave their first visit.

Here are a couple helpful tips from our American Dental Association (ADA):
• Brush your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste.
• Clean between your teeth daily.
• Eat a healthy diet that limits sugary beverages and snacks.
• See your dentist regularly for prevention and treatment of oral disease.
