Good morning! It has been a minute since I have posted on here. I am so blessed with amazing clients and maintenance program over the years. I have over flowed the last several years. It has been 7 yrs of on the road with 3 pregnancies and moving onto juggling childcare. I am so thankful for you all who are more than clients but family. You always have pleasantly worked with my ever changing life. At this time I want to be closer as my children are growing so quickly. God has laid this on my heart and to serve within a new Preschool this August starting at "Freedom Christian Academy " at our wonderful church. Chloe had a wonderful Kindergarten experience there and will be entering into First Grade there as well. Isaac will be attending Kindergarten there too. This is a Mon-Fri full time position with minimum 8am-3pm. I know I have spoke to most of you about this venture of the heart. I will be downsizing services. I felt led to sell my Bemer equipment as 80% of my clients use cryotherapy now. Also the horses I am keeping on have been opened up for several years with the Bemer equipment. They will open up with just hands on deep tissue massage nicely. Also I kept my Cryotherapy as that is what works best on my personal animals. I will continue some on the side as time allows if you are willing to bare with me as I work this out. I am fitting most of maintenance horses in now before August 1st when I start training. Month of August will be primarily dedicated to setting up school, training and prepping my own children for start of school August 24th. I will be dedicating Tuesday evenings for the meantime to working on several horses that have been on my maintenance schedule as well as 2 Saturdays a month. I am scheduling out these days now. The hardest thing will be I won't have availability to run out for emergency or last minute sessions. If you have questions feel free to reach out to me. I am blessed in so many ways and thankful for every single one of you. Even slowing down over last several weeks has been amazing to really tap into these equines again on a deeper level. Thank you to everyone! Enjoy a few pictures of my "why"! My heart just overflows! I

Hello everyone, most of my clients knew I was preparing to be out a few days due to procedure for kidney stones last Thurs. I have had some simple complications with infection that has put me behind a couple days. Will be in touch with everyone over the next 2 days on rescheduling and scheduling upcoming maintenance appointments. Thank you for your patience! Look forward to catching up with you all soon!

Just reaching out to all my wonderful clients. Thank you for your patience and understanding as I had to reschedule my last 2 days. It will be a few more days to start scheduling my regular maintenance clients for next week. I ended up with emergency procedure at hospital late last night for kidney stones and kidney infection. All went well and on the mend. I should be reaching out to everyone hopefully on Monday starting with those I needed to reschedule. Thank you all again for your wonderful support. Be in touch ASAP.

BREAKING NEWS OF NEW TREATMENT OPTIONS!

I have given hints of this over the last several months but now making it official. I have put this new Cryotherapy into use and have quite a few stories of amazing results! I have never seen results so quickly. Sometimes within 15 minutes. Contact me to see how my new Cryotherapy could help you for as little as $50/treatment or less if combined with massage. All kinds of packages available as well. I am also looking for shows to set up at, clinics or looking to set up demos of treatment options at local barns.

4 Principle Effects

Equine Cryotherapy is astonishingly effective within a short timeframe and allows you to bring the following benefits to all areas of the horse’s body.

Analgesia: Treatment brings an immediate reduction in pain caused by joint, ligament and tendon issues, allowing horses to recover from acute and chronic lameness faster.

Anti-Inflammatory:Swelling decreases rapidly, while associated increases in blood flow enables faster healing of damage d soft tissue, especially with laminitic horses.

Muscular: Rapid resolution of post-exercise tension and pain from microtears reduces the risk of further tissue damage.

Cardiovascular: Blood vessels dilate leading to improve circulation, minimizing the possibility of further damage caused by poor blood flow to injury sites.

How it Works

The diffuser streams high-pressure, carbon dioxide (CO2) gas at 70 bars pressure and -110°F to the affected site on the horse’s body. This creates a thermal shock that immediately activates the sensory neuroreceptors under the skin. The horse’s central nervous system responds with a corrective reflex, which brings a reduction in inflammation, swelling and pain, with further muscular relaxation, within just 60 seconds.

Thank you to all my wonderful clients over the last few days. It was some cold days but these beautiful equines were definitely happy to receive their maintenance packages and even met with few new lovely ones. I love hearing the wonderful updates on them. Look for some new updates with information on the new Cryotherapy that is up and running. Very impressed with the amazing quick results we are finding with it. I will be in touch over next 24-48hrs to get everyone on the schedule over the next 2 weeks.

Thank you Mom and Dad for the beautiful new logo wear. More than anything for your support all these years and believing in me!

01/12/2022

Harley's sweet new mare "Miss Potato Chip" was so trusting of me for our first session last evening. She gave me such huge releases .

01/12/2022

It was a cold one last night but we got it done. Also thank you Krista Healy Scheaffer for allowing "Zeus" to be one of the first guinea pigs. He relaxed immediately after his cryotherapy session standing square and walking more evenly showing some immediate relief in his stifles. This is why I bought this unit looking to give immediate relief to inflammation and pain in especially tough areas to reach like stifles. As well as hocks, tendons, ligaments, SI area and so much more! Contact me today to discuss best treatment plan to help your special equine!

Good morning everyone. To all my clients thank you for your patience. I had my gall bladder removed on this past Friday Oct. 1st. I cant lift over 10lbs or push or pull motion for a couple of weeks. I tried to contact everyone and fitted in before my surgery any that needed maintenance work. Apoligize if missed anyone. I will definitely not be on the road this next week of. Oct 4th. Will be reaching out to everyone next week after follow up with Dr to see how everything is healing before starting to book again. My goal is to still do some Bemer treatments before I go back to full massage since it does the work lol and I know there will be big demands for some of my clients equines with these last several big shows/ travels. I will be answering all messages over next 24hrs. Procedure went well and on the mend. Attached are some pictures of my last several clients before surgery. Thank you all again and cant wait to get back out on the road to visit with you all soon!

Share for your chance to win a free Bemer session and massage service! I will announce winner Oct 15th. Just like and share this post.

What a blessed week it has been! Thank you to all my amazing clients and their awesome equines. Over the summer I have added the Bemer blanket and leg cuffs (basically electromagnetic pulse field) into my services. The changes we are seeing are incredible with added the Bemer leg boots and cuffs along with maintenance massages. We are literally rebuilding some of these horses from the inside out. The Bemer signal hits the micro circulation at the cellular level. My hands work from the outside in to meet that circulation and redefine injured weak muscle tissue. The horses bodies honestly communicate with me through my hands. I can feel the changes and love every minute in communicating with these animals in this way. They all tell their story. About 23 horses deep into the week have kept this Momma busy and on the road. Please keep your eyes open as I am going to be relaunching my Equine bodywork business with some new services. Please contact me for a free evaluation to see how I can help you get your horse to "Peak Performance" from the trail to the show ring. Attached are some of the amazing patients I had the pleasure of working on this week.

No babies in the back seat, music turned up and a whole lot of sun shining equals a great day on the road working on some amazing equines. Time to hustle and chase dream!

Photos from Peak Performance Equine Bodywork's post 08/10/2021

Every once and awhile Mom (Jeanne Yohe) and I's boys get the full treatment when I finally get some time at home, lol. As you can see I think they approve. They love their Bemer sessions!

Photos from Peak Performance Equine Bodywork's post 05/28/2021

It was a long day on the road but as usual always worth it. I love these animals and their owners so much. All shapes and sizes have this Momma tired tonight lol. The general consensus today was as you can see happy and very relaxed animals with their Bemer sessions/massage maintenance. Next 2 weeks are almost booked up, contact me today to get on the schedule. Will also do free evaluations if in the area to see how I can help your equine. Here are a few of today's happy customers lol.

It does all the stuff and things. Provides relaxation, regeneration, decrease in healing time and so much more. It works great with my hand manipulation to get rid of problem areas and increase in new muscle development resulting in improved movement quality. I am also a proud Bemer distributor as well now. I am accepting new clients. Will be releasing all the details over the next several days. Please contact me for a free evaluation and stay tuned!

Today was a busy and fun horse day at Horse Show at Lemaliza Farm. Thank you to the hubby for taking such good care of the littles and supporting me on this journey. Worked on some amazing equines today and got to enjoy wearing my "horse hat" today. So many times I miss lessons, training and showing then I come home. My "Mom hat" is still my favorite. Taking care of my wonderful clients is the best job this Mom could have because at the end of the day my clients are family. Please contact me to see how I can help you with your equine and also feel the "Bemer difference ".

Below are a few amazing updates from my wonderful client Mandy Wilson from her farm Odd Duck.
Ali has recently startly coming back to regular work after sometime off.
Sonny is the sweetest lesson boy who has been massaged and receiving PEMF treatments from me for about a year now after he had pretty much had been used mainly for walk/trot lessons. He is finding new life again. As you can see he loves his spa days as he fell asleep after our last visit while working on the next horse.
" Ali was 110 percent today!!! DEF keep her on the massage schedule, she was a NEW girl today!"
"Sonny was a NEW man today and cleaned up!!! Grand Champion in youth western w my teen rider and then I won the open EQ on him. That PEMF is really helping! I seriously had to half halt him today n NO ONE believes me that he is like 19!"

Photos from Peak Performance Equine Bodywork's post 04/20/2021

It has been a long couple of weeks but oh so rewarding. I love getting all the updates on all the improvements in these amazing equines. I am so blessed to such great clients. I have recently added the Bemer blanket and leg cuffs into my practice. With the Bemer we are able to hit circulation points 10-12 tissue layers deep. With hand massage on top of it we have literally been rebuilding new muscle development from the ground up giving great improved movement results. I still have a few openings over the next 2 weeks. Contact me today for a free evaluation to see how I can help your equine partner! Spring is in the air.

Photos from Peak Performance Equine Bodywork's post 04/07/2021

Spring is in the air! I am back in full swing as you can see. The bays were all lined up this past weekend at Lemaliza Farm. I have also added the option to use the Bemer blanket and leg cuffs to increase results so we can work out the oldest tension as we can get through 10-12 layers of tissue to restore circulation to problem areas. Dont forget increasing circulation through sports massage can do many things. Open up the airways during allergy season and also promote good gut health during gas colic season as the spring grass comes in as well as improve the moment of your equine. Please feel free to contact me to set up to have your special equine friend evaluated.

02/26/2021

Finally back out on the road! I have contacted half of my maintenance clients so far. Be reaching out to the rest over the next couple days or feel free to contact me to schedule. I apologize taking me a little longer than expected to get started and caught up. Thank you for your patience. Look forward to catching up with everyone soon. Also added in some new services and certifications this year, stay tuned...

02/11/2021

Hello again everyone. The time has come. I am now going to start booking appointments beginning with late next week. Please feel free to reach out to me to schedule. I will be reaching out to my maintenance clients as well. I won't be doing the long days as I usually do as I will be building my endurance again. I want to make sure your animals get the usual 5 star treatment. Right now I will be just offering my regular massages with the Ahh red light. I am looking to add PEMF blanket/boot treatment in March or April again. Thank you for your patience! Looking forward to hearing from everyone soon.

Hello everyone! Just a quick update. First let me say thank you for all the prayers and checking in on me over the last month and a half with our unexpected turn of events. For those that don't know I developed covid-19 pneumonia on December 22nd. I ended up in the hospital for 10 days and delivering our baby Sarah C-section early on January 4th due to breathing issues of my own. Sarah is doing great. I just had my last hurdle of having a procedure done yesterday for the kidney stone that I was dealing with a prior to covid. This should be in the last hurdle to bring me back what I love doing. I am hoping to be cleared and reaching out to schedule horses over the next two weeks. Taking it day by day and I will keep you all updated. Thank you all for your patience and feel free to reach out to me anytime. Below is a picture of the new edition. She has amazing Big Brother and big sister that do so well with her as well.

Photos from Peak Performance Equine Bodywork's post 11/18/2020

Hello everyone. As all my current clients know I had taken a brief hidas over the last 2 weeks. I will be scheduling sooner than expected. I can start scheduling over the next week again. If you have any needs please contact me. I still have the PEMF blanket till Dec 10th and working on several other options in the works to add into my services to keep your equines as healthy/ happy as possible. Thank you for your patience. God willing I am looking to keep going until at least Christmas with this little girl in there thriving with me. 31 weeks and we are still going strong. Living everyday to its fullest. Look forward to catching up with you all soon.
