Meet Josh!🍸
He's our Bartender & Bar Manager, aka.. the guy who keeps everything running smoothly around the bar here. He's been apart of our Elevage Hospitality team for about 3.5 years and has made a huge impact on the Oliver's culture in his important role!

His favorite signature cocktail on our menu is undoubtedly & unsurprisingly, the Old Fashioned Feller. If he's in the mood for some caffeine, he's definitely having a Nitro Cold Brew with hazelnut + milk. For his favorite food item, he says he loves the Gouda Burger.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys playing Golf & Cribbage, but will soon have his hands full with his first child due in September!

Barista hours are roughly Monday- Friday 7:30- 1:30, Saturday- Sunday 7:30-2:30.

FOH support hours can be Monday- Sunday 8am-2pm, 9am-3pm, 10am-3pm

Meet our regulars, Dave & Heidi! 😁 They stop in about once or twice every week and really enjoy the Chili Chicken Skewers & Sweet Potato Fries. Dave loves the Old Fashioned Feller while Heidi loves her Safe Bliss on a beach with Rum.

They had nothing but nice things to say about their favorite employee Hamdi, who they say has great customer service, always has a smile, he relates well to them, great conversationist, and also remembers names and their favorite food & drink orders.

Introducing our Executive Chef, Nick! 😁 He's been apart of our Elevage Hospitality family for about 9 years, but has been at our specific location for the last 4!

We tried to ask him what his favorite dish on the menu was and his response was, "They are all my favorite. The menu is my baby".. and we can all agree that definitely summarizes what's good here ☺️

When he's not cheffing it up in the kitchen here, he enjoys all things outdoors like fishing, kayaking, hiking, and riding his motorcycle. 🏍🛶

Our talented Pastry Chef, Thea! She’s the creator & baker of the pastries & desserts served here at Oliver’s! She’s been apart of our Elevage Hospitality family for about five years now, but her passion for baking originated long before that..

Thea’s story begins when she was first baking cookies with her mom at the age of two and even has a photo of her rolling out dough to prove it! 😉 Fast forward to her college experience where she was working on getting her degree in biochemistry, but found herself in the dorm kitchen baking pies & cakes for everyone! This passion led her to change her career path into baking with education from Le Cordon Bleu!

Her favorite dish to make is definitely plated desserts and the creative versatility of combining different flavor profiles!
