This hour-long nutrition seminar will be taught by registered dietitian and Ascend gym member, Cole Adam. He will review the basics of a healthy diet for longevity and disease prevention, as well as discuss diet strategies that help can optimize our health and fitness goals. All gym members are welcome!!
