When we’re selling your home, we want to create a neutral canvas for buyers to picture moving into.

I tell you to take down the personal photos of the kids, put your shoes away neatly in the closet and keep your kitchen and bathroom countertops meticulously clean and uncluttered.

But when you’re moving in? Make your home feel like yours right out of the gate!

Hang art on the walls (yes, even your kids’ art and family photos. You’re not selling anytime soon, right?!).
