☀️May is Mental Health Awareness Month.☀️

This month we placed kindness rocks out in various locations for people to find. You can paint some yourself (fun activity with kids) if you find our rocks tag us and place it somewhere else for someone to find. It is a neat way to put a smile on a stranger’s face and spread kindness.

1 in 4 adults and 1 in 5 children have experienced some sort of mental health condition. It is safe to say that pretty much everyone’s life has been affected in one way or another. You never know when someone might need some words of encouragement.
