Let’s meet ERIN QUINN (Yoga, reformer and sound healing)
Originally from central NY, I moved to Kitsap almost 10 years ago. Throughout my career as a trauma-informed educator, I found the practice of yoga to be an incredible way to ground and heal as I helped children do the same. Originally studying to teach kiddos, I went on to study in Bali at Blooming Lotus Yoga under the guidance of Lily Goncalves and Ramananda Mayi receiving a 200 HR yoga and 100 HR meditation certification. I also completed another 200 HR throughout the pandemic with Authentic Movements, which inspired many of the creative flows I love to incorporate into vinyasa classes. I was drawn to the healing vibrations of sound through a mentor and friend, and have fallen in love with sharing the magic of sound baths with others…often sneaking one in at the end of class. And finally, I found Reformer through the magical Angie a little over a year ago, falling in love with a practice that strengthens, is super fun, and is so extremely complimentary to yoga.
My goal as your teacher is to create the space for you to remember how amazing you are through weaving together many modalities and experiences of exploring and strengthening breath, body, mind, and spirit together. Whether you join me for Yin, Hot Vinyasa, Hot Slow Flow, a Reformer class, or a workshop expect to leave feeling recharged, empowered, and reminded of your own ability to grow and heal.
Erin is currently teaching Tuesdays 5.30pm yin yoga , Thursdays 5.15pm Hot Vinyasa and 6.30pm Hot Slow Flow, Fridays 8am Group reformer and 9.30am Non Heated Yoga.
Don’t miss out on Erin’s rejuvenating yoga classes and Join her for a journey of mindfulness and relaxation ♥️🙏🏼

Let’s meet DARCEY HUGHES (Barre)
Darcey found yoga, barre, and hot yoga skulpt back in 2018. She started her practice at KHY which evolved to Studio 36om as an instructor. Before 2018 Darcey was a competitive bodybuilder who competed in shows around the state. A work injury and multiple surgeries later she needed a new form of exercise that was still challenging but less taxing on her knees.
With wide variety of classes her instruction is strength based with an emphasis on proper form. She is a chatter box and will continue to instruct on proper form while you’re doing the move and before ya know it your set is done. Shes known for her “spicy” instruction who loves to cuss and make you laugh while challenging you through the move.
Currently Darcey is teaching barre on Thursdays at 6.45pm, Saturdays at 9.30am and Sundays at 11am! If you are working in your beach body her classes is a must have in your routine 🙏🏼🥳
Join Angie & Erin on June 19th for an evening of celebrating the longest day of the year with likeminded community by moving through 108 sun salutations together. The summer solstice is a time of magic, of life being in full bloom, and of tending to the land in order to prepare for the harvest that is to come. As the light lingers in this meandering sunset, we’ll explore ancient practices that remind us to appreciate the light that dwells within us too.
The evening will consist of intention setting for the season to come, moving through 108 summer-inspired sun salutations divided into the four groups themed around the elements, optional hands-on adjustments, a guided meditation, and an energy cleansing sound bath savasana. Rejuvenate your spirt as you embark on this busy and fruitful season of summer, and celebrate the unique and special flame that emanates from within you!
Get your spot before it’s too late!

Julia found yoga as a young adult & has been practicing with the Kitsap community since 2015.
She trained in Boulder, CO with Bodhi Yoga Academy, studying under Sam Vetrano, Irene Pappas & Victoria Renfro.
In her classes, she hopes to inspire you to cultivate both self-awareness & surrender through practicing presence, self-observation, and self-acceptance; intentionally strengthening connection to self and opening the channels for free-flowing energy throughout the body. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter.
Currently Julia is teaching Hot Vinyasa on Tuesdays 6am. If you are an early bird don’t miss her class!
As part of our Yoga Teacher Training, we have invited the mentors of our instructors to come teach a Masterclass in their specialty.

Let’s meet with DONNA BOSH (Yoga instructor)
Raised in Kitsap, wife, mother of three, business owner and fitness enthusiast with 28+ years teaching group exercise.
A combination of fortunate circumstances, ad-venture, meaningful relationships and love for the outdoors, led me to experience yoga for the first time while living and recreating in Mammoth Lakes California. 24 years young at the time Yoga became a staple. As I began to feel the transformation yoga had given me, I felt inspired to share the gift of yoga with others. I earned my teaching certification through Yoga fit in 2000, specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa. I create a fun and safe, non-competitive space for students to dive beneath the surface of their daily lives to find deeper meaning and inspiration. A long time Kitsap County local, I am honored to be a part of this beautiful new space and more importantly help to bring balance, awareness, health, and happiness into other’s lives I hope students leave class feeling refreshed, strength-ened, inspired and sweaty!

Let’s meet LAURA GENTON (Yoga teacher, Reformer instructor)
PNW born and raised, I grew up on the rough side of Tacoma and have searched for escape and adventure ever since. I’ve discovered that you don’t always have to go far to find what you re looking for. Always drawn to the weird and extreme, I started taking pole dancing and aerial classes in my 20’s, and yoga was recommended as a way to build flexibility in addition.
I was hooked from my first class and was a devoted Bikram practitioner for more than a decade.
After three kids, it was also how I returned home to a body | recognized and felt strong in again.
I completed two 200hr teacher trainings concurrently for certification in both Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga in 2018 and began teaching soon af-ter. I’ve taught at many studios in the South Sound, in addition to less traditional spaces such as parks, taprooms and workplaces. I strive to create classes that enable a deep connection with your body, a sense of challenge and accom-plishment, deeper meaning, and plenty of levity because yoga should feel like playtime-impor-tant, but not too serious!
Laura recently completed her 500 RYT!! Congratulations Laura 👏🏼👏🏼
She’s currently teaching Mondays 5.15pm Power Vinyasa and 7.15pm Power Barre, Wednesdays 5.30pm Group Reformer and 6.45pm Mat Pilates, Thursdays 9.30am Hot Vinyasa and Sundays 7pm Yin Yoga.
Yin Yoga + Reiki Sound Healing with Terrish Bilbrey!!

She will guide you to release old belief patterns that are holding you back from trusting your Souls Call to be the brightest, highest vibrational and most empowered version of yourself moving forward in 2024 and beyond.
Limited spots are available! Hurry up and book your spot😇
Let’s meet ANGIE CAPILLI (Yoga and Reformer Pilates Instructor)
Always amused by the absolute brilliance in an ever-evolving yoga practice, I am amazed that I’ve been practicing for over 20 years and teaching for nearly half of that. A lover of travel, I’ve also integrated yoga into my adventures to places both near and tar; attending many retreats and workshops in addition to my 200+ hour Vinyasa Yoga Foundation Training in Los Angeles. I am intrigued by the transformations people experience on both a physical and spiritual level as they venture through this powerful and intelligent journey. In yoga, I tend to focus on belonging to a community of living, laughing, and receptive seekers who come prepared to experience and grow. I extract as many of the benefits of yoga as I can into my professional life as a middle school educator and my personal life as a parent of two fantastic children and as a wife to a fellow yogi. Angie is a former Coast Guard and recently added Reformer Pilates to her teaching repertoire.
Angie is currently teaching Hot Vinyasa at 9.30am on Sundays and Group Reformer Pilates at 4.15pm on Mondays! Join Angie for her creative flows and strong Pilates classes ♥️
We’re back with our Ayurveda series on self-care for the seasons! You’ll leave class with your own personalized body scrub for invigorating the senses and activating the energy of renewal. You’ll also learn why dry brushing is an ideal springtime practice for stimulating blood flow, lymph renewal, and increasing early morning energy. Dry brushes will be available for purchase if you don’t have your own.Be prepared for meditation, movement, and some DIY fun!
Sandee began practicing yoga in 2011 to manage stress and gain flexibility. As a long-distance runner at thetime, she thought of yoga as a gentle stretching exercise program. That first class was a humbling experience and she fell in love with it as a sustainable fitness practice that always provides room for personal growth and physical improvement. Yoga challenges the mind, body and spirit! Sandee’s own fitness journey has included a great variety of activities but she has found nothing like yoga, barre and pilates to build mental focus, grow confidence, and increase lean mass and muscular flexibility. Sandee completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training in a 3-week immersion course on the Big Island of Hawaii where she studied asanas and delved deep into the philosophy and history of this ancient practice.
“A favorite concept of mine, taken from the ancient Yoga Sutras, is sthira sukha, which loosely translates to effort and ease. It is my reminder to find that balance each day both on and off the mat and practicing yoga helps us build that mus-cle. As a teacher, I hope to meet all students where they are and offer an environment where yoga is accessible but challenging with opportunity for everyone to discover, grow and get a great physical and mental workout! When not teaching or practicing at 36OM I work as an insurance broker to architects and engineers and enjoy exploring all of the natural beauty in the PNW mountains, forests and waterways.”
Sandee is currently teaching Mondays 6 PM Mat Pilates, Wednesdays 5:30 PM barre classes in the Yin room. If you’re focusing on toning and strengthening the full body her classes are for you🥰
Through the month of March Studio 36OM will have %10 discount for healthcare workers!!
Nicole started this sale in March after we opened because March was historically the time when the hospitals were inundated with patients, staff was overworked and self care for healthcare workers was in short supply. Nowadays, hospitals are routinely inundated with patients, and staffing is in even shorter supply. Health care workers give and give of themselves, and yet are often not as giving when it comes to their own self care. This sale is for them she says 💪🏼🥰
Bring your ID in and we will apply 10% off for your purchases!
Let’s meet GONCA TABANLI (Studio36OM instaguru,instructor)
Turkish girl in Washington from Hawaii, mommy and yoga lover! After the birth of her daughter, Gonca started seeking for something to rejuvenate her body and state of mind. Her journey in yoga started in 2014 after attending the Mom & Baby workshop. The mantra “everything is temporary” during Vinyasa Fusion class, strengthened her daily commitment to yoga.
Through her daily practice, Gonca has renewed her state of mind and strengthened her physical well-being, resulting in a more confident and youthful person that is ready to inspire others to achieve the same. With the support of family and her teacher’s faith in her, Gonca completed her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in Hawaii at YOGA4EWA in February of 2017 under the guidance of Tasha Kauihou.
Gonca is so excited to share her yoga love with her students at THREE SIX OM. “I’d like to show my students the power of yoga so they can believe in themselves, and do anything they put their minds to.”
Gonca is currently teaching Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday Hot Slow Flow and Hot Vinyasa. If you want to learn more about alignment, arm balances and get stronger don’t miss her classes🙏🏼🥰

Let meet Danielle Arias (Studio Director, Instructor)
A recent transplant from NYC to the Kitsap Pen-nisula by way of Seattle, Danielle found yoga to be instrumental in her longevity as a public school teacher. The practice gave her such a vitality for life, and ability to pause and respond rather than react in the classroom. Not wanting to keep all of the benefits to herself, she decided to bring meditation, and then pranayama and asana to her students in school, starting first with her mentor group and then building out a yoga club, and later a class in the school. She then fully immersed herself in yoga teaching and pursued her 200hr training at Yoga Vida NYC.
When not at the studio, Danielle joyfully homeschools her two children, teaches outdoor nature immersion classes kids and is blessed to walk with others in their health journey as a holistic health coach.
Danielle is currently teaching Hot slow Flow and Hot vinyasa Monday,Tuesday,Thursday and Friday.Join Danielle for inspiring, strong yoga flows🙏🏼♥️

Let’s meet NICOLE EKIN (Founder, Instructor)
Local wife and mom with a passion for yoga. I moved to Kitsap in 1996 from a little town called Los Angeles with a thirst for life less concrete and harried, and a zest for adventure. I have been a yogi for almost as long as l have been a Washingtonian- and wish I had discovered it sooner let me tell you.
My dedication to yoga as a lifestyle really took hold when I was tailing at life- working an impossible jolo as Charge Nurse in the ER, mom of 3 little kids and going through some major and hard life changes. Yoga kept me grounded and healthy in ways I will forever be grateful for.
When I am not on the mat, I love to spend my time with my family, traveling locally and abroad, creating deliciousness in the kitchen, reading whatever I can devour, painting with acrylics, gardening and living sustainably, listening to music, and trying to create a healthier and authentic life for all around me.
I can honestly say, that while I have revived many in the Emergency Room, being a yoga instructor is where I have really helped heal people. The old adage says, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. In my experience, that is SO true!!
My classes are hot and challenging- infused with positivity and some upbeat jams. Bring your cross fit friends, your iron-man loving neighbor, your spouse that thinks yoga is only for women.
Nicole is currently teaching Hot Vinyasa on Mondays 5.15pm! Great class to sweat, gain strength and start the right 💪🏼

Our yoga community lost a bright and beautiful soul last week, Levi DeLong, a devoted husband to our beloved Danielle DeLong and father to three beautiful children. Levi was hysterically funny, an Iraq War veteran, a disciplined and dedicated yogi, and a truly kindhearted and giving person. He is missed by so many already, especially his family.
To help Danielle and her children have space to grieve, please consider donating to her gofundme or donating a Christmas gift for her kiddos at the studio. Thank you to all who have come together already to help support and surround our yoga family in this time of need🙏🏼
