Did you lose something at the Siouxland Renaissance Festival June 1-2, 2024? Our lost and found includes some precious items that we are surprised haven’t been claimed. There are some things from 2023 as well. Clothing, a kalimba (thumb piano), a magic wand, earphones of a particular type, sheaths, a dagger and other things. Contact us if you’ve misplaced something. If your description matches we’ll return the item to you.

The Siouxland Renaissance Association is saddened to note the passing of long time volunteer Ron Lavoy. Ron was the manager of the Pub Tent for a number of years as well as working with the education committee. His weapon show was always a hit among student groups and adult groups alike.

Obituary for Ronald Lyle Lavoy at Wass Funeral Home - Beresford Ronald Lyle Foxy Lavoy was born January 10, 1940 in Lansing, Michigan to Lyle and Virginia Vroegindewey Lavoy. He died June 6, 2024 at the VA Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD at the age of 84 years. Ron lived in Lansing and Kalamazoo, MI before his family moved to South
