A lot of people don’t even know they have good credit! Anything 580 or above can be approved for FHA anything 620 or above can get approved for rual development loan!

My last clients interest rate was around 7.125% which is amazing considering interest rates were just at 8%. We are hoping for the rates to continue to drop into the new year!
