Did you know that in a mental health crisis, anyone, anywhere in the United States, can call, text, or chat online with the 988 Lifeline and will be directed to a crisis center where they can talk to a skilled, trained crisis counselor? This counselor will listen to the caller to:
- work to understand what the caller is experiencing
- provide support
- collaborate with the caller on ways to feel better
- connect the caller to any needed help or resources

Beginning Wednesday, May 3, 2023, our Monticello Women's Care of Lake Cumberland satellite location will start see patients at Promise Community Health Center in Monticello located at 1025 S Main Street in Monticello.

Nurse practitioners Juanita B. House, Alianne Spencer Tilley, Ashley Beckley, and Cynthia Patterson look forward to seeing current and new patients at their new location. Appointments are available on Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM by calling 606-678-0705.

Due to forecasted severe weather, Promise Community Health Center Elizabethtown closed at 12:00 PM EST today, Friday, March 3, 2023.

Promise Community Health Center With clinic locations in Elizabethtown, Monticello, & Somerset, Promise Community Health Center, a part of Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc., is dedicated to improving quality of life & helping individuals achieve long term recovery from addiction.
