Fayette County Courthouse is undergoing renovations. While working on the new roof, workers encountered Honey Bees active and doing their work making honey. Seen in the video are Dr. Murphy and other bee keepers attempting to remove and save the bee colony. We need our bees! Honey Bees are our pollinators. They pollinate crops, fruits, vegetables and nuts. They also give us some great local honey.

If you have bee issues contact a local bee keeper or contact:
Fayette County Agri Extension Office at 901-465-5233 for bee keeper info.

So, we thought we would share this but hopefully we will be getting a good night sleep and not have to be up at that time. ENJOY!
