Cardio Dance is back on the schedule this Saturday, June 10th at 10:30!!!

Our die hard easter crew. We didn’t skimp on the workout either. Full hour of spin with these ladies!!

One of our local Seniors is working hard to help the youth in our community that need it most. If you would like to make a donation you can bring by the studio during any class.

I have to say we have a great team at MBS!!

We at MBS are so sad to hear this happened in our community. If any of our members (or non-members) would like to bring a toy to class today or tomorrow morning I will run them to the fairgrounds after the 9:00 am class tomorrow with a donation from MBS.
