We had the opportunity to take our amazing team lunch in gratitude for the amazing work MIA 2024. It a huge undertaking and everyone involved helping bring this amazing event to life.

Team FootWorks is pleased to donate to its long-time partner, United Way of Broward County, a portion of the proceeds from the Ft. Lauderdale Lexus Corporate Run, held last month in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. JP Huseby, Race Director presented the check to Kathleen Cannon, the President of United Way of Broward County.

We take the larger goal of completing a 5K, or 3.1 miles, and divide it into smaller manageable, run and walk segments.

The Fitness 101 program meets on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30PM outside of FootWorks in South Miami. Target race is the Baptist Health Twilight 5K also in South Miami!

Come join us at 6:30am Thanksgiving morning for our traditional Hansgiving 3.8 mile Run. See you there!!!

It’s almost time for our yearly Hansgiving tradition!

Every year many of us get together at the store on Thanksgiving morning and go out for a short run/walk in memory of Hans, helping us keep his spirit alive!

We’ll play a little cowboy music, Laurie will say a few words, and then we’ll take our traditional group photo!

The 3.8 mile run/walk is an untimed Fun Run. There are no bibs or awards. There is no fee to join either!

We only ask for a $10 donation to help support our commitment to fitness education and community involvement through the production of events, training programs, and educational materials. More information can be found in the link in our bio.
