Hi friends, so with our market continually changing and BIG corporations coming in and buying all the service companies in the state it's so important that we know what we can do to help our economy thrive.

A) the first person on google is spending the most in marketing, which in turn means you will probably pay more than you need to.

B) The solutions you are presented the first time are not always the best and its ok to want a second opinion. Follow your intuition and ask questions.

C) When money is spent through locally owned companies, in turn money is pumped back into other locally owned companies. If we continually use these BIG companies all we are doing is removing roughly 20% of their revenue which in utah is (roughly 50 million dollars or so that's being removed) out of our economy and spread out through the world and all the private jets flying to private villas on private beaches. This is the reality of what has happened to the service industry the last 3 years in utah. So if we want change we have to create it. Stop buying from HUGE box stores. Start shopping locally more frequently. If a certain percentage of us do this it will create a ripple and all of those small mom and pop businesses will flourish once again.

My experience with SOS was top notch. My antiquated AC unit had been on its last leg for awhile. Jaden of SOS responded immediately to a weekend callout after the unit would not function without freezing. Jaden conducted a thorough assessment of the situation, running multiple tests and calculations to provide me with reasonable options for both repair and replacement. I decided to have the unit replaced and Jaden scheduled me for the first appointment on Monday morning. Jaden followed up with me personally early Monday morning and the SOS team of Kolbe and Mason arrived to my house on-time Monday and got to work immediately. Kolbe and Mason also conducted an assessment to validate the scope of work and were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining to me what they'd be doing and how my new system would work for the size and layout of my home. Upon completing the job, they walked me through everything that had been repaired and replaced. Kolbe and Mason were also very respectful and professional in my home. They laid down drop cloths in all work areas and kept both inside and outside work areas clean and safe on a very warm day.

I didn't once feel as though SOS gave me the run around. They provided recommendations in a very personable and "focused on the problem" manner. I personally couldn't (nor would want to) do any of the work SOS did to replace my AC unit, and I believe I received good value in the overall cost and level of service I received. SOS left me impressed that they are a very credible organization and were laser focused on ensuring that my home was being outfitted with an appropriately efficient and correct AC unit - not just quoting me the biggest or most expensive unit they could sell me. Every person I interacted with from SOS was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend SOS to anyone requiring excellent HVAC service and care.

The whole team at SOS is outstanding. Our furnace went out (16years old). We decided to replace it. John came out and gave us several options to choose from. The next day Cory and another fella (sorry I forgot his name) came out to install a new furnace and AC. They did a fantastic job and we are beyond happy with our new system. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything in a way I could understand. Cory and PJ came out the following week to fix one little issue with a humidifier. They were prompt and friendly. I would have no hesitation doing business with SOS again for any heating or cooling issues. We’ve also had some maintenance provided by Jaden previously and our experience with him is why we decided to stick with SOS. Even Taylor on the phone (dispatch) was so kind. Thank you SOS!
