👋🏻 Hey! I think everyone always assumes that because I was an athlete & built in fitness that I have always had great genetics 🧬 & my physique, weight & health have never been a problem...VERY VERY WRONG‼️ This has been work for me since I was 14 years old...
I have been all over the map 🗺️ with my weight & my health since I was a young kid. For those of you who don't know part of my story here ya go...
Picture 1️⃣ 2006-After dealing with an eating disorder where I got down to 93lbs I had to get "healthy" and put the weight back on which led my body to be the heaviest I've ever been around 135-140lbs for my 5'0 frame..but this was NOT a healthy 135-140, this was me healing after under eating for so long as age 14. I had to pretty much reverse diet to get my hormones & health back from being malnourished & running a ton.
Picture 2️⃣ 2020-About 3 years into being diagnosed with Lyme Disease 🦠 & EBV & going through some personal stuff... I dropped down to a very thin 98lbs from a HEALTHY 120lbs, not on purpose it just happened with LIFE going on. I felt "fine" but realized I wasn't. Some people might want this "look" but 1) It's not sustainable 2) Your hormones will be jacked up 3) I'm lean but I lost a ton of muscle mass=HEALTH 4) This is not health to me or the look I ever want
Picture 3️⃣ 2023- A few months ago! The HEALTHIEST I have ever been since getting diagnosed with Lyme Disease 💚 I am STRONG AF, I can eat high calorie & feel GREAT OVERALL. Digestion, sleep, & recovery is all on point! My Lyme disease & EBV is being managed through lifting weights & resting! My goal is to eat in a calorie surplus & put on as much muscle mass as possible this winter (along comes body fat no matter what) to lift the heaviest weights possible & better myself every single day! Come spring I will cut down a little bit to be more athletic & perform on the track & turf! I am whole 🙏🏻, grateful, happy & feel so freaking amazing 🤩
So next time if you judge anyone on here or in person remember you don't know their story & maybe it's time to look within instead of out...be kind everyone has a story
