👋 we have made some changes over and we are so excited about them!

We have sold SandPyle Dos AND Tres to some amazing folks. ☺️

We put a lot of hard work, blood, sweat, and tears into getting them ready for rentals, and ultimately selling. Now we are on the hunt for the next property to scoop up in Southern Shores!🤓

2021 was one for the books as we rounded out the year BOOKED solid! 💥

We are so excited to have announced the third home in our montage AND to see the reservations hit our inbox 🙌

Winter is still a beautiful time of year to visit the Outer Banks😍

The kites with lights was a fun event and we finished the night with rolling around in the sand

SandPyle Tres is FINALLY live! 💥

We have been working very hard to get this home ready for YOU to come make memories at the beach!

While she’s already booked out a few months…we have openings starting in April!

Some of the features of this beauty are:
•5 minute walk to the beach, no crossing busy roads to get there!
•4 bedrooms (2 of which are on the ground floor!)
•Screened in porch to enjoy a nice glass of wine and listen to the waves
•YES you can hear the waves from this home!!!
•ALL the amenities we offer at every one of our homes: bikes, outdoor shower, beach chairs, laundry room

Another fun thing to do when you're in town...a picnic at the Whalehead Park!

They have plenty of picnic tables, Charlotte likes to sit along the dock and watch for the different types of birds.

Don't forget to stop Island Smoothie when you are in town! They have TWO locations... one in Duck and the other in Corolla.

You know Queen Charlotte likes her chocolate on chocolate on chocolate smoothies!
