The One He Loves
The One He Loves exists so every woman can be refreshed, encouraged, and reminded of Jesus’ loving-kindness towards them.
The One He Loves creates opportunities to experience this through community nights, digital content, and missional outreaches.
🤍🤍🤍 Daughter, take a moment and just remember what He has done for you. All the moments He has delivered you, protected you, healed you and set you free. He is a faithful Father. 🤍🤍🤍
Today is the day! "Daughter, Becoming Who You Already Are" is officially out! Go order one for you and a friend, mom, or sis you want to encourage 🤍
I hope it brings freedom to your soul to know that the gospel is the only thing that is too good to be true and is still true! Life with Jesus is an invitation
to come to the river — the river of life, the river of peace, the river of living water.
In John 7:37–38, Jesus said,
“If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water” (NKJV).
“Anyone” in this passage is referring to you and me. We long, we thirst, and we need the living water that satisfies and quenches the deep desires of our souls. And Jesus is the “living water.”

And be a part of inviting someone to experience the hope and life that jesus has for them 🤍
There is so much power in “who” you believe Jesus is. Many people see Jesus of Nazareth as a good person who led an exemplary life. They feel that if we could all just live a little more like Him, the world would be a better place. They don’t see Him as the Bread of Life or the One who came to give them living water so that they would never thirst again.
Jesus didn’t just come to set a good example; He IS the example. He’s not just a good person that we look up to; He IS our only goodness. In His own words, He describes Himself as “the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6).
Just as Jesus said to the centurion in Matthew 8:13, “As you have believed, so let it be done for you.”
If you see Jesus as your Provider,
you will see Him be your Provider.
If you see Jesus as your Healer,
you will see Him be your Healer.
If you see Him as your Comforter,
you will be comforted by Him.
Jesus is everything. May we see Him as everything, every day and in every moment.

I’ve grown weary, fatigued, exhausted. However, I am not alone – far from it. This is NOT a punishment, but rather a watering hole. This land once barren, now springing up something new. Blooms, buds and blossoms murmur whispers of the horizon.
HE IS REMINDING ME OF WHO I AM; WHO I WAS BEFORE THE WORLD TOLD ME I WAS SOMEONE ELSE. MY FATHER, HE LOVES ME – HE KNOWS WHO I AM; AND SHE IS COMING BACK! TROUBLE NO LONGER FRIGHTENS HER, SHE IS STRONG IN HER FATHER’S STRENGTH, A GIFT HE FREELY GIVES.
HE SPEAKS. HE GUIDES. HE COMFORTS.
I LISTEN. I FOLLOW. I REST.
Excerpt taken from The Oasis by Nealey T.
Sometimes I think people watch from afar, and wonder what those who trust in the Lord will do if we experience loss, heartache, or pain. "Who will they put their trust in now?" They might think. You might even think that, the one who is reading this now.
And I truly understand your questions. I understand that thought, because the truth is even those of us who put our hope and trust in Jesus still have questions at times. We'd be foolish to act like we have all the answers to all the things we experience in this world.
This world is not without pain and the faith filled still experience pain at times while we live in it. But from someone who has walked through deep pain, I want you to know that there is still peace that you can experience in your pain. He hasn't left you. And there will be a moment that you look up and realize, you're still standing. Because He is God and Father who never leaves or forsakes His children and HE is carrying you.
He is so good. So wonderful. So kind. So faithful. So loving. May you know that deeply today and receive that truth in your heart. Your loving Father is FOR you and loves to give you GOOD gifts. 🤍
"I’ve seen the healing power of Jesus and I’ve seen Him do the miraculous with my loved one. I’ve experienced Him turning my mourning into joy. I’ve seen the beauty from the ashes. Even though I knew He could perform miracles, I didn’t know if it would be done for me. But because of all the faith in the room, because of the prayer warriors, because the body of Christ came together in the midst of trauma, brokenness and tragedy, He healed my loved one miraculously. It didn’t matter what the doctors said or what they’ve seen in the past, Jesus still holds the power, He still sits on the throne, He still heals and He still does miracles!!!"

Sharing some moments from the last TOHL night on YouTube :) link to watch is in our bio 🫶🏻
“Then they cried out to the Lord in their troubles and he brought them out of their distress. He stilled the storm to a whisper, and the waves of the sea were hushed.” (Psalm 107:28-29 CSB)
I have always loved storms. Hearing the rain hit the roof, the thunder rolling in the distance, the hopes of getting to see a light show. But I also know of the fear that fills your chest when suddenly that rain turns into a serious storm.
We all face unexpected storms- a fight with a friend, a hard diagnosis, a difficult job, or like me a tragic loss. There have been nights I found myself not wanting to go to bed because I knew my thoughts, my memories would flood my mind and heart. All I wanted was rest, but no longer on my own could I quiet my mind, soothe my pain, find peace in the chaos of my grief.
St. Augustine once said, “Our heart is restless until we rest in Thee”
You may be in the middle of a storm, or feeling the distant rumbles of one coming, or you may be on the other side trying to pick up the pieces it left behind. But the Lord is there beside you And He has the power to calm that storm to a whisper. We can rest in His loving care while the storms rage around us and the waves rock our boat. When we surrender ourselves- our pain, our sorrow, our heartache, those waves become as steady as the tide washing over our feet as we walk along the water with Him
The next verse goes on to say “They rejoiced when the waves grew quiet. Then He guided them to the safe harbor they longed for.” (v.30)
We rejoice when the storms and waves subside. It is in the stillness, in the quiet we begin to find peace and healing. We also rest in His faithfulness as He restores our hope in what is to come, what our hearts long for. Our Loving Father is so Good, He is our Protection, our Provider, our Healer. He is Love. Just as He calmed the sea of Galilee, He can calm to storms in your mind…

Does it ever feel impossible to say “Jesus, I fully trust you” and really mean it? Take a breathe, take a moment… and let Him remind you of His promises for your life!
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.
PROVERBS 3:5–6 NKJV
In Jesus, we get understanding for every area of life and find wisdom for the path He has ahead of us. In Him, are all things that pertain to life and godliness (see 2 Peter 1:3), but are we actually looking to Him for “all things”? So many things we do in life seem “normal” simply because “that’s what everyone does;” but is that the life designed for us under Jesus? Our trust in Him will dramatically change the way we live if we begin to learn what it truly means to acknowledge Him.
By definition, “acknowledge” means, “to accept or admit the existence or truth of.” Many of us when reading this would say that we do acknowledge Jesus in “all our ways” simply because we admit His existence and believe He is true. But take a moment and ask yourself some questions to get you thinking: When you get sick, do you acknowledge, admit and believe the truth that Jesus died for your healing? Do you find rest and trust knowing that He is an all-powerful God?
To “trust” means, “to have firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.” This is the trust we have in Jesus, not just in the “normal” and culturally acceptable things, but in “all things”! In moments of fear or lack, you can acknowledge Jesus as your Peace and your Provider… When bad news comes your way, you can lean into Jesus because He has the final say for your life! His Word is true and good, it is greater than every negative word that has ever or will ever be spoken over you. HE IS TRUSTWORTHY!
No other person can give you the assurance and peace you so desperately long for. Paul said in Philippians 3:8, “All things” are loss compared to simply knowing Jesus…
Friend, today you can both Know and Receive Him fully in all things and in every part of your life.
If this encouraged you, comment below and tag a friend to share with them!
"For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ." Romans 5:17 🤍
"Blessed is she who believed that the Lord would fulfill His promises to her." - Luke 1:45
What desperate cry has been in your heart? What longing has felt too long for God to still be faithful? I want to encourage your heart today that just like God was faithful to Elizabeth to deliver her promised son John, even after she was told she was unable to conceive, He will be faithful to you. "For no word from God will ever fail."

A little encouragement for your Monday night 🤍
Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. Hebrews 10:24
I don’t know about you, but when I read this verse, I can think of several times in my life when I found myself in circumstances that left me feeling hopeless… the betrayal of a close friend, a broken engagement, and the loss of a baby in my womb are just a few that come to mind.
Maybe you’ve walked down some of these same roads, and many others I did not name, and it’s left you feeling like the longings in your heart will never come to pass.
I want you to know you’re not alone. I’ve been there. We’ve all been there in one way or another.
So how do we hold on to hope? What does that even mean?
This hope we have isn’t contingent on our circumstances. This hope we have isn’t found in our relationships or in bringing life into this world. This hope isn’t dependent on our career or the goals we’ve yet to achieve. Even though all of these things can be wonderful things, if these things are where our hope lies, we are sure to find ourselves hopeless once again.
But Jesus.
Jesus says, “I am the way, the truth and the life. (John 14:6)
Jesus says, “He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness.” (John 8:12)
Jesus says that even when we are faithless, He remains faithful. (2 Timothy 2:13)
And Jesus promises that He works all things, not just some things, for the good of those who love him. (Romans 8:28)
Jesus is hope. He is our ONLY HOPE.
As I write this, I now stand on the other side of many hopeless feeling seasons and moments, and I can honestly say that my hope was not disappointed. My Jesus did not fail me. He was there. He was with me in the darkest, most lonely moments. He saw me. He loved me. He held me. He healed my heart and He kept his promises. And I know that He absolutely wants to do the same for you.
If you feel hopeless today, hold on to Jesus. Ask Him to remind you of His goodness and His faithfulness to you. Ask Him to speak to you and to put your heart at rest. It’s okay to even ask Him to help you to trust Him. He will. He’s that good. Don’t give up hope friend. He has amazing things in store for you. - Lora
