Where's the club?

Normally, I'd be the first one to admit that Costcos rotisserie chicken is 😘...
but have you ever gotten one that was just meh...that was ours yesterday. It was bad enough that I thought about returning it for a refund 😆 My husband asked if I wanted to make soup out of the leftovers and I told him the only thing worse than dry chicken is re-heated dry chicken. That was until I decided to make homemade chicken pot pie, something I've made our entire married life but haven't made in quite a while, so homemade individual chicken pot pies it is.
And FYI, this crust recipe is all that and makes any pie that much better. I once gave a piece of homemade pie to a fellow church friend who also happened to be a culinary arts teacher, and afterward, he begged me for the recipe. Like I said, it's That good... Thank you , Mary Riggle for sharing it with me!

First Summer Supper of the season. If you like zucchini onions tomatoes and cheese you really should try this recipe. It's yummy.

Just finished watching the Bee Gees documentary on HBO Max.
I was unprepared at how quickly I was thrown back to high school, my first boyfriend and my love of all things Bee Gee. My high school bf bought me my first Bee Gees album and introduced me to their music. It really is amazing how music can take you back to a certain place and time. I highly recommend watching if you're a fan. PS I'm 99% sure Berry came to my community college class one day. Rock on!

This is how my Thursday golf day went. 😆
This is the year The Hubs decided he's going to get in as much golfing in as he can on his 1.5 days at home during the week.
And if I want to see him or spend time with him I tag along driving the cart. Sometimes I'm better at it than other times aka I pay attention to what he's doing and where his ball or his golfing buddies balls went so we can go dig them out of the rough 😆 and sometimes I get distracted taking pictures of stuff.

Three things I've discovered today. That I don't mind eating oranges when I peel them with a knife, that my dog learned the hard way not to push his ball towards my bike pedal when I'm exercising and everyone is always going through their own sh*t...be kind.
