Advice:

Happy mortgage story worth sharing about why it’s important “who you choose” as a lender when buying a home!🏠

Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love & respect our Veterans. This customer chose a lender that was “loud” about they had the “lowest rates in town”🙄, so customer chose that lender who was a broker. This customer had a job that he was paid a little differently that the normal w-2 employee or hourly worker.

The other lender continued to ask for more documentation everyday ( meaning they didn’t ask for proper documentations “upfront” and continue to ask for documents throughout the entire 30 day process) which completely frustrated the customer.

They were about nine days from their closing date and when tgey called that Lian Officer, he wouldnt answer or return calls which added to the Veteran’s stess!! They Finally got an “email” from that broker that said their loan had been denied due to income & They didn’t qualify & would Not be getting the house 😳😳😳

The customer was hysterical as they had sold their home & had nowhere to live and had 2 small children. Their Realtor was smart enough to jump in and help them and called me to see if I could rescue them! Customer was a veteran so I jumped on the opportunity to help this customer.

I asked for all the documentation upfront. I do things right the first time, by reviewing important documents to confirm the income. We were able to get this customer approved and CLOSED less than 10 days. How did we do that????
We have experience and know how to calculate income accurately. We ask for proper documentation upfront, have extensive knowledge, treat customers with respect and provide great communication for no surprises!

Customer, Realtor & the kids were ecstatic, grateful, shocked & so happy! I was thrilled to step in & save the closing, so the Veteran & his family had a home to move into!!

Moral of the story, don’t get swept up by someone bragging or calling you saying they have the lowest rates in town or the lowest fees, you get what you pay for….lack of experience. The people that are yelling how low the rates are typically have nothing else to offer, which is sad, but it happens. No matter who you choose,Please choose someone with the experience and five star reviews, so you know you have someone who can get you to the finish line🙌 🎉🙌🏠🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
