In honor of South Carolina Arbor Day today, Spartanburg Water and the Spartanburg Soil and Water Conservation District planted ten native trees on property directly in front of the Spartanburg Water Collection & Distribution complex.
The rain didn't stop about 15 of our team members, plus Bill Heatley and Beth Button of the District, from planting the Nuttall Oaks that are fast-growing and will provide shade at one of Spartanburg Water's largest complex.

We are excited to celebrate the dedication of our new ozone generation and pre-treatment facility at our R.B. Simms Drinking Water Treatment Facility. A huge thanks to all the Spartanburg Water team members and those at Harper General Contractors who helped make it possible. The AO system, already in use, helps us fulfill our mission to provide safe drinking water for our community every day.
