9-1-1 Communications Center Spartanburg County 9-1-1 is a consolidated stand alone 9-1-1 Communications Center in the upstate of South Carolina.
The center is the Primary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for Spartanburg County, and dispatches for police, fire and EMS.

Kids Day America/International event took place on Saturday May 18th. As you can see we had some very special guests to attend. I think someone once said "life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get".
We have another group of 911 Heroes. Kelley, Alexis, Detra, and Brittney all assisted callers in doing CPR over the phone and saved 4 lives. Awesome work ladies! Thanks to Trista and Michael with EMS who joined us in recognizing these Heroes.

Caleb, a firefighter from Poplar Springs Fire department, is pictured with his father Tim. Caleb also works at 911 dispatch and while at 911 recently took a call and administered CPR and saved a life. Awesome job Caleb! By the way Tim is the Training Coordinator at 911. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
