CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Spokane Tribal Enterprises CEO, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) oversees and supports all administrative and operational functions of designated STE entities. The COO will directly supervise assigned General Managers.

The COO provides leadership and direction to ensure excellent customer service, efficient and cost-effective operations, profitability, regulatory compliance, and asset protection. The COO will develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion, in collaboration with CEO, Enterprise Board of Directors (EBOD) and Managers.

This position requires professional level abilities to apply a wide range of administrative, technical, or managerial methods to solve operational, administrative, or technical problems. Requires general understanding of operating policies and procedures as well as the ability to apply these to complex administrative problems. Requires continuous close attention to details and the ability to produce accurate results even in high-pressure time-constrained situations.

Remember this will consist of a single blood draw. An extra tube will be drawn for the PULS and Lipid panel if you chose to have that test. Also, for PULS test you will need to bring your insurance card. Please be sure to hydrate well the day before and the day of testing, as well as eat a good breakfast the day of testing. This will help ensure a smooth draw. 🙂

Greetings Everyone!

T-Creek Lab is going to be conducting Covid-19 Antibody testing from May to January. Once a month we will be in Wellpinit from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM to conduct the testing. We are doing this to increase RISK MANAGEMENT of the virus for the Tribe and the Tribe's employees and families.

The FDA has recently given approval to test for IgG2 antibodies which are incredibly specific for immunity--these are the ones you want for protection.

It doesn't' matter if you have had the vaccines or the virus.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the planning, directing, and controlling of operational activities within the enterprise accounting department to ensure efficient control of financial resources and maximization of profit. The CFO will analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine and/or maintain records of assets, liabilities, income, profit and loss, tax liability or other financial activities within the Spokane Tribal Enterprises. The CFO will develop internal controls to safeguard assets and coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and investment activities for the Spokane Tribal Enterprises. The CFO will prepare or direct the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and reports required for financing to the Spokane Tribal Enterprise CEO.
