Dyslexia is one of the more commonly understood conditions to frequently occur with ADHD - but it comes from a cognitive system that tends to result in dyspraxia as well, which is far less commonly understood. These two conditions can manifest in unexpected ways that can be difficult to discern from ADHD itself.

One of the most common responses people hear when talking about their ADHD is that they should "try exercising". While this can feel like unhelpful advice for people who need a stronger intervention, such as medication, it can make a very healthy impact on the day-to-day lives of some individuals by mediating the symptoms of ADHD.
