Schedule update - Excited to announce that the North Indian Trail Night Market will be added to the schedule for this coming Saturday! Nothing like another day of fries, see you soon! 🍟🍟

SCHEDULE UPDATE: We are still set for Friday night at the Hillyard Food Truck Pavilion but have been fortunate enough to be able to add Cherry Hill’s opening day to the schedule for this Saturday! Will be operating during the lunch hours of 11am-3pm! Another day of fries and of course cherries, see you there! 🍒🍟

Somebody told me it was National French Fry Day! I will be at Millwood Farmers Market today from 3-7pm with Mediterranean, Pepperoni Pizza, White Truffle Parmesan, and Buffalo Chicken fries! The park is shaded so the heat isn’t much of a worry! Get ‘em while they last! See you soon! 🍟

Unfortunately, due to weather warnings the Hillyard Farmers Market has been cancelled for today. Fingers crossed we are good to go for the remainder of the week! Stay dry and we'll keep you posted!

NEW WEEK, NEW MENU! Whether you made it by last week or hoping to this week I have a new menu ready to share with you guys! This week will be the same times (3-7pm) and places as last week so come hungry I will be bringing extra food! 🍟

First week of farmers markets in the books and I couldn’t be more happy with how they went and turned out! Thank you to all the markets for hosting me and everybody who made it out! I’m looking forward to what the rest of the season has in store after a fantastic start!

SAVE THE DATES! First official week of farmers markets and I couldn’t be more excited! That being said I don’t have any doubt there will be some hiccups along the way, I just ask for your patience throughout the learning process and to come hungry and indulge in some of the weekly forbidden favorites! (All run 3-7pm) 🍟

HERE WE GO AGAIN! Except this time around I will be committed to vendor operations (Dates and locations are listed in my bio). I have split the menu in half so specialty fry options will vary weekly. Happy New Year! I hope everyone is staying dry and warm or at least have been having some fun in the snow - I know I'll hit the mountain soon, but I can't deny I'm excited for the warm weather to return to get this thing going again! Stay warm and drive safe, hopefully catch you up on the mountain! 🙃
