Today is just a little post about me... And my "me time". My latest board game arrived in the mail today and I am SO excited to play it (hopefully soon). I love games. And painting the miniatures that come in games. This is my "me time". It's how I 'check-out' from the chaos of three kids, building a practice, and life. Sometimes I go too long without having a good game night or a quiet night of painting, but it always feels so good to get back to it. Find your thing that helps you take care of you and make space for it. Don't forget to take care of you.
