Inland Pacific Kitchen is a progressive, innovative, chef driven, open kitchen. We feature menus based on world cultures, local growers, and dishes that change with the seasons. Inland Pacific Kitchen also features a full cocktail bar for spirits, wine and beer selected from local folk and around the world. Reservations strongly encouraged but walk-ins are always welcome. If you were wondering what we ended up doing with all those carrots - new shareable BBQ Carrots: Soy sauce butterscotch, hazelnut, mint pesto, toasted coconut, maldon. Only available during dinner service.
Chefs took a trip to the today to grab some local produce for service. We always try to source as local as possible from our vendors, but itโs extra fun for the team to hit the market and hand pick.
