Every homebuying journey is different. Starting out you never know if someone’s going to be able to find their home that they love quickly, or if it’s going to take some time.

This one was bittersweet for me.
My lovely friends decided that they wanted to move to somewhere sunnier and made the choice to list their home in February.
At the same time with leaving their home for showings up here, they were talking with an agent in another state and doing virtual tours for their next home.
A lot has to coincide in order to sell a home in one state and buy in another. And we were able to do it!
I was able to find them an amazing agent in the state they wanted to move to, and we both communicated everything that was happening.
Long story short, they sold their home here on Monday and closed on their new house on Tuesday!
I absolutely loved being able to help them with this big transition in their life. I will also miss them dearly.

It's a very Happy Holiday Season for my Sellers and the Buyers who now have this beautiful home in time for Christmas!
We had a long journey to get to the finish line. The market shifting and correcting was challenging to say the least. But in the end the right buyers came along and my sellers can rest easy knowing that this chapter in their lives is finished.
