What’s on your honey-do list for your home this year?

Goals and projects around the house can be huge or super tiny, and mine is silly but here it goes…
For me, and God Bless my husband for his patience, it’s to pick out a backsplash in our kitchen. I developed decision fatigue (that’s what I’ve been calling it) during our custom building project. I really enjoyed the designing process, and didn’t want to rush any decisions we didn’t have to, so I knew waiting to make some choices was right for me at the time.
But it’s been a year. 😅
Sooooo it’s time to kick it back into gear, and wrap a few things up, starting here.

2024 is the year I’ll finally pick out a backsplash in our kitchen👩🏼‍🍳

What about you? Cleaning out a junk drawer? Reorganizing the game closet? Maybe major landscaping?

🎉 A huge thank you to all my friends and clients for another successful year in real estate. (I should probably work on posting more on social media again 😅.) 2023 was humbling, and amazing. 'Gratitude' is the word I want to use looking back at 2023 and moving forward into 2024. I feel really thankful to be closing in on 8 years in the industry. I have this unique opportunity to reflect on the huge changes we've seen in such a short time, and I'm grateful that I've had the opportunity to work with so many people on such a huge variety of projects and sales. This home was really fun to show and the feedback was always amazing. It was stunning both inside and out, and it had a little bit of something for anyone: a Rancher-style with a walk-out basement, desirably remodeled, low maintenance yard (but still a vertical garden), lots of square footage, main floor living, 3 of the bedrooms with their own bathroom, potential for multi-generational living, multiple living rooms, tons of storage, outdoor entertaining spaces. We had showings from young families, to those wanting to live on one level with no stairs, multi-generation buyers, even investors considering assisted-living houses. Boy did we find the PERFECT buyers for this home!

A ʜᴜɢᴇ Congratulations to these sellers as they are about to embark on an immensely exciting project building their next home.
