Bacon Fat Potatoes, Superfoods Breakfast Cookies, Fried Egg Biscuit Sandwiches and everybody's favorite, good old Biscuits and Gravy. Add a butter fried egg!!

It's officially opening weekend and I have a couple of great events to go with this fabulous weather.

I'll be offering three kinds of biscuit sandwiches at Liberty Lake Farmer's Market tomorrow morning. Bacon, Sausage or Beyond Breakfast Sausage with a butter fried egg and sharp cheddar all in my scratch made buttermilk biscuits. This year you'll be able to add lemon aioli and avocado to make it extra special.

And on Sunday I'll be at Big Barn Brewing Co. with all your favorites from last year plus a new sandwich I'm calling The Grown Up Grilled Cheese. Its jack cheese, ham, apple onion chutney and grain mustard aioli in butter griddled french bread. But don't wait too long, I sell out quickly and I believe this will be a hit.

Hello Friends!

For anyone who's been missing my food, you can now get my biscuit sandwiches at any Jacob's Java location. There's two varieties: Sausage from Olsen Farm or Ham from Sonnenberg with egg and sharp cheddar in my scratch made buttermilk biscuit.
You can also get my Superfoods Breakfast Cookie at JJ. They're packed with organic oats, pecans, pepitas, craisins, h**p hearts and chia seeds. These cookies are wheat free, plant based and go fantastic with a coffee.
You'll be seeing me out and about soon, but in the meantime, check out any Jacob's Java to get your Farmer's Daughter fix.
