If you tried to schedule an appointment online while I have been gone, those appointments have been denied. So unless you get a confirmation 48 hours before your appointment, you do NOT have an appointment!

I turned my scheduling system off, due to it double booking people.

Tomorrow it will all be turned back on and you will have to try to rebook those appointments at that time.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused....it was nightmarish on my end!

PRICE INCREASE NOTICE

Dear client/friend/family,

Thank you for being a loyal customer and putting your trust in me for all these years.
Although I have tried my best to keep prices low and affordable, my cost of products has increased significantly. After carefully reviewing my finances, I have made a decision to slightly increase my service prices.
The change will be effective beginning MARCH 18, 2024. My website will reflect the new prices on that day.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me personally.

Good morning!! If I have special ordered products for you this month, please try to pick them up this week!!

Good morning! I don't know about you all, but I am tired of this rain and ready for some sunshine!!
I have a few important things I wanted to bring to your attention this morning.
*First, if you are sick (or your kids are sick and you have to bring them with you) please call/text and reschedule. I promise I will do my best to get you back in as quick as possible.
*Second, if you no show/no call please expect to be charged 50% of the service you missed. If you have a card on file that card will automatically be charged, if you do not have a card on file then that will automatically be added at your next scheduled appointment. I hope everyone understands this policy...... if you do not show up, I do not get paid and this is how I support my family.
*Third, from today forward in order to schedule an early morning appointment between 7am and 9am, you must put a credit card on file with me. Just this week, I had 2 no show appointments at 7 am and both were 2hour services of which neither had cards on file.....which means I didn't get paid, it makes for a very long day and me not very happy.
I pray you all understand why I have shared these policies with you, and will be implementing them from this day forward.

Good afternoon! I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas.
I have a couple announcements to make.

First: January 2nd I will be in a new suite , #39, same salon different room. I know what you are all thinking...2 moves in 6 months...but, I need better lighting. It's very hard to do hair without adequate lighting, and I pray that you all understand that. Trust me moving is not fun, so I ask that you be patient, understanding, and kind through this process.
I will be in the front of the salon now. When you come in take the hallway to your right...my suite will be right in front of you, #39.

Second: Everyone that reads and comments on this post will be entered into a drawing for a 25$ gift card.
