🥩🥩 It's MEAT MONDAY! 🥩🥩
Let's Talk Picanhas! Definitely a holiday favorite, Picanhas are a cut taken from the rump Being that it is a less used muscle, it results in a more tender cut. It's also naturally very flavorful!
While it can be sliced and cooked like a traditional steak on the grill, you can also roast the entire Picanha whole. Slow and steady is the way to go if you do the whole thing, allowing the fat cap to crisp up nicely.

🥩🥩🥩 It's Meat Monday! 🥩🥩🥩
This week we wanted to check out what is one of our most popular cuts, at least in the pork family, Pork Shoulder aka picnic roast, Boston butt, blade roast, and pork butt.
Best cooked low and slow, this cut of meat is great for the slow cooker or smoker.
Cook pork shoulder on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. It’s important to use a meat thermometer to make sure your pork shoulder reaches an internal temperature of 170°F. Remove from the slow cooker and let rest for 10-15 minutes before shredding.

🥩🥩 It's Meat Monday and today we are looking at Prime Rib! 🥩🥩
We get a lot of questions about Prime Rib (almost as many inquiries as Pork Shoulder), so we know it's something that a lot of people are interested in, especially around the holidays. Prime ribs and ribeye steaks both come from same primal cut of beef. The section of the cow they come from is called the “primal rib section.” The primal rib section is in front quarter of the cow under the front of it's backbone.
Prim Rib is a highly sought after , and more expensive cut of meat because it is juicy and flavorful compared to other cuts. And who doesn't want that?

It's Meat Monday!
We love to show you how much 90 Meat Outlet is More Than Meat, but at the end of the day, meat is our main event!
The featured cut of meat we have this week is our Beef Shoulder, or Pot Roast. This cut comes from the shoulder or neck area and is a very flavorful piece of meat. Its best cooked slow to break down the connective tissue in between the muscle fibers. This leaves you with a fork tender, fall apart, finished result. 🍲🍲
