✅ Beef Wellington Pot Pie: We took a fancy, shmancy Beef Wellington and turned it into a delicious pot pie! Cubes of tender beef, lots of mushrooms and onions in a rich brown gravy and topped with golden puff pastry. Needs to bake in your oven for about 45 minutes. $12
