Before and after....our adorable foster, Shannen, was adopted this weekend. However, she couldn’t leave us without collaborating with her buddy Garrick on some nose art. No surprise, early reports are she is making herself right at home!

Is there anything cuter than a sleeping pup??? This is new foster, Shannen. She’s a 1-1/2 year old, 40 lb., chocolate lab/retriever mix. She’s so sweet…loves to cuddle and give kisses. Big fan of Garrick. 😍 Can’t imagine she will be with us very long!

Our sweet boy, Shadow, was adopted yesterday. He tested negative on his heartworm test and was released for adoption. It was a long, hard treatment process for him to get healthy. However, I could not have had a better patient for my first experience with a Heartworm+ foster! He will have a puppy brother to run and chase at his new home. Early reports from his new family is that he is already making up for lost playtime!

Before and after…this piece is a complication of nose art from two, sweet kitties, Cho (Simese) and Bobbi. Sadly, they are no longer with us. But hopefully their art will be a happy reminder of the joy they brought to their family each day.

Safari was adopted on Monday so we had some empty dog beds to fill. This is Shadow…2 year old, lab mix. He’s a sweetheart, very polite.

Tvey left for her new home so we had an empty bed to fill. This is our new foster, 2-year old, Safari. 😍 She is a ball of energy….but a snuggle bug when it’s time to relax. She loves Garrick…he’s still undecided. 😀 If you’re looking to adopt, this gal would be a great addition to an active household with dogs and/or cats…I wouldn’t hesitate to keep her if I was looking to add to my family, she’s precious!

Our new foster, Tvey (pronounced TV). Sadly, she was returned because her person passed away. However, we’re just a pit stop on the way to her new home in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, the plan is to fatten her up and provide lots of snuggles!

Before and after...Fizer left us this amazing nose art before he left to go to his forever home. He was adopted by a young couple where he will be the center of attention. I’ve received several updates, most notably, “He’s such a sweetie, we have fallen in love already.” Please consider fostering for your local rescue group, they are in desperate need for fosters. It is one of the most rewarding experiences knowing you have contributed to saving an animal’s life and helped find its perfect family.

Our sweet foster, Mac, is headed to St. Louis with his new family. Garrick is sad to see him go but happy to have his purple pillow back!

Cutie pie alert! New foster, Mac. Poor guy was returned through no fault of his own. Gonna call him Big Mac…he makes Garrick look like a pup! We’re gonna need a bigger bed…

Our foster, Stella was adopted this week. Will miss seeing this sweet girl and her pillow lined up to go outside! 😂

New foster, Steeeeeelllaaaaaa!!! She’s a 3 year old Lab/Weimaraner mix. Such a sweetie, doubt she will be with us too long!

Our sweet foster, Dakota was adopted yesterday! I thought for sure he would be with us awhile since he’s so shy. However, he found the perfect family that was drawn to him for that reason. He’s got a chiweenie sister to cuddle and a pit mix brother to chase! I think it’s the perfect fit!
