Springfield taco shop swaps shells for buns in Bob’s Burgers-themed pop-up event Team Taco, a small taco shop near the intersection of Cherry Street and Pickwick Avenue, held its fourth-annual pop-up: Brent’s Burgers.

WOOHOOO! Another Brent’s Burgers event is complete! Thank you to everyone for coming out including ! We’ve sold out for the day and have closed. We’ll be closed tomorrow, Monday, July 8th to allow our team to reset the shop but we’ll reopen on July 9th ready to sling tacos like normal! Sit back for a tale from the depths of Team Taco lore: In December 2019, our team had a plan. We were going to pull the greatest April Fools Restaurant prank ever. We were going to surprise the neighbors and taco fans *said in a very Louise voice* BY TAKING AWAY TACOS FOR ONE WHOLE DAY MUWAHAHAHA! We were talking about a completely unannounced, one-day burger takeover. We had limited edition signs. We had costumes. We had a custom logo. We even had unique event shirts. Then April 2020 rolled around, and a pandemic reared its ugly face. Time passed, and it was finally safe to do our pop-up. The past three years have been a blast! So we are doing it again THIS JULY 7TH FROM 11 AM TO “SOLD OUT,” we’re trading in tacos and rice bowls for burgers and fries. We’ll be serving up an extraordinary veggie burger from our buddy at , a classic smash burger, and…a very special BURGER OF THE DAY! Stay tuned as we tease you with more menu info this week. Most importantly make a plan to be there early on July 7TH. We expect to sell out QUICK and will be closing the following day to reset the shop and to let our staff partake in some holiday fun. 🍔 🔥
