After 28 years in business it’s time for a little makeover! Super stoked to introduce the next chapter of Schultz & Dooley’s Pub…
Schultz Pizza + Pub!
Not to worry we are keeping the OG classics like our wings and burgers all while elevating them and adding new menu items with tons of unique flavor. The main star being our Neapolitan Pizza and fresh made pasta!
We will be closed from Sunday 6/30/24 to 7/7/24 to remodel the kitchen, add a gorgeous new pizza oven and get all our ducks in a row!

With the demolition, construction and curing process of our new oven, we hope to soft launch the newly revamped Schultz Pizza + Pub menu mid August. Until then we will be serving up our current menu and all the deliciousness it has to offer!
I’ll keep you all posted on our progress! We couldn’t be more excited, and stressed, over this endeavor, but we hope to bring something new to the Springfield area and to Schultz itself.

Also, due to sorting out technical difficulties with the up coming construction, we will not be hosting karaoke for a few weeks. I’ll let you song birds know when it is back up and running ASAP!

It’s the freaking weekend and it’s going to be a warm one! Swing by Schultz to belax in the A/C to enjoy our weekend specials! (While supplies last) Coming in hot with our hand-battered Fish & Chips. Two cod fillets in a Modelo beer batter served with fries, house-made tartar and lemon. Our slow cooked Beef Stew and freshly baked Cornbread will make you feel like your Momma cooked you supper! If you want to brave the heat, enjoy a sit on our newly revamped patio. I highly recommend trying a refreshing Sparkling Blackberry Lemonade. Made with Blackberry Crown, fresh blackberries, lemonade and a champagne floater. Play some tunes while you shoot a game of pool or a couple rounds of our new darts!!

The early bird got the worm. Come see us anywho for a delish Pastrami Rueben, Juicy Schultz Burger, or maybe our new Turkey Club with hand sliced roasted turkey breast, candied bacon, provolone, lettuce, tomato and herb aioli on toasted sourdough. Should we bring back gumbo next week?

It’s Friday and the weather feels like the calm after the storm in Nola. It’s warm but humid in the best way possible. Come on in to Schultz to enjoy a big ole bowl of Miss Amanda’s famous gumbo. All the classics are involved… Peppers, onions, okra, andouille sausage, crab and of course the shrimp, served over a bed of rice for $12 while supplies last! Don’t forget karaoke from 9pm to close!

Just wanted to pop on the face space to say thank you to all the wonderful peeps that makes Schultz was it is! While we didn’t get to all the things we wanted this year, we have all of 2024 to make it alllll happen!

It’s Sunday Funday and time for some of that sportsball! Come on in to check out the Chiefs and enjoy some scratch made Chicken Parmesan!! Fresh made tagliatelle is simmered is in a pink sauce and topped with a perfectly thin chicken cutlet covered in pomodoro sauce (made with San Marzano 🍅’s from the garden) and melty mozzarella cheese. It is finished with parmesan and fresh basil and it’s safe to say you’ll feel like you’re at your Nonna’s house for Sunday Supper!

We also have house made Southwestern eggrolls on special for the game! They are crispy and creamy and melt in your mouth! And as always, there is plenty of beer!!

On top of that, with every drink you purchase, you will receive a raffle ticket with the chance to win a Jagermeister Speed Pourer Tower (valued at $239). Now you can have spirits on tap in the comfort of your own home. The costume contest will be judged by all of you with one vote per person. The ballots will be collected at 10pm with the winners of the raffle and contest announced at 11pm. You do have to be present in order to win either prize.
