The Springfield Saint Patrick's Day Parade will return to C-Street and Downtown Springfield on March 11, 2023. After a three year hiatus, this classic Springfield event returns for its 40th annual parade, now under the management of the Downtown Springfield Association.

"For four decades a small group of passionate folks helped Springfield celebrate St. Patrick's Day," said President of the Irish Festival Association David Trippe. "We had as much fun as all who participated in "The People's Parade," and we are grateful to all who supported us. Today we say thank you to the Downtown Springfield Association, which has agreed to lead one of Springfield's most popular celebrations into the future. Our parting wish to all? "Wherever you go and whatever you do, may the luck of the Irish be there with you."

Applications to be a part of the parade will open early next year.
