Our 2024 Mission of Mercy is in full swing. Over 1,000 volunteers, including dentists, hygienists, and professionals, are uniting to provide an estimated $1 million in free dental care at the Peoria Civic Center. Our doors are open to anybody in need of care, regardless of their background or circumstances. As a profession, our collective efforts offer immediate relief and aim to make a lasting impact on the health of our communities. With plans to accommodate over 2,000 patients through the event, we stand ready to serve and hope to extend our reach to even more individuals in need. Thank you also to our elected officials and public representatives for joining us in showing support for the event.

A transformative weekend as the Illinois State Dental Society Foundation gears up for its 7th Mission of Mercy (MOM) at the Peoria Civic Center, June 28-29. Over 1,000 volunteer dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, dental students, and others from across Illinois will converge to provide an estimated $1 million in free dental care to patients who would otherwise lack access to necessary treatment. Doors open at 8 am on both days, with priority entry for Veterans on Friday, June 28th.

This award recognizes outstanding leadership and is presented to an ISDS member who has demonstrated leadership qualities, a sincere involvement in ISDS, and has been in dental practice for ten years or less.
