St. Louis Academy Brass Band and Youth Brass members - an email was sent this morning with the opportunity to preorder a t-shirt for your musician. The preorder will end Monday at noon; extra shirts will be on sale at the April 28 concert but we are not able to guarantee sizes without the preorder. Buy your favorite musicians some brass band swag!
The St. Louis Brass Band returned to competing at the NABBA Championships three years ago. We are honored to announce that we placed with our highest score since returning to competition - finishing in 5th place (out of 14 bands) with a score of 89.5.
We are extremely proud of the St. Louis Brass Band and excited about our future!

To maintain a fair competition as we use a blind adjudication process, we can't post our specific performance time, but you can catch all of the performances using the link below to tune in (and ask your favorite STLBB member for our specific performance times)! Monday, April 22 – 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. – Brass Clinic
*open to any brass musician high school age through adult - all ages welcome and encouraged to attend; please bring your instrument
Tuesday, April 23 – 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. – Music Director Clinic
Both sessions will be held on the campus of McKendree University in the Hettenhausen Center for the Arts Band Room. There is no cost to attend but we ask that you use the Google form to register by Monday, April 15.

We are adding a brass ensemble to the St. Louis Brass Band family. In addition to the STLBB and Academy Band, we are proud to announce the formation of the Saint Louis Youth Brass. This ensemble, which will play brass band repertoire (not just brass choir works), will be open to all brass musicians in grades 6 - 8. The Youth Brass will perform every season with us at two concerts: our Christmas concert and the end of season performance.
Mark your calendar for April 28 - the next time you can hear this group in concert at McKendree University with guest soloist Pat Sheridan, internationally renowned tuba player. More information on rehearsals etc. will be released soon.
