Job Description
This is an an amazing opportunity to advance your clinical skills and cross over into the holistic health and aesthetic beauty industry!

As our Registered Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the beauty clinic. You will support the Holistic Doctor, Aesthetician and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality within a timely manner. This is a career management advancement growth opportunity! The ideal candidate is a leader with an entrepreneur mindset.

Responsibilities:

Interview patients and document basic medical history
Organize and schedule appointments
Update and file medical records
Initiate clinical admissions and laboratory services
Follow-up with patients and update patients charts
Assist during new patient consultations and skin scan medical analysis
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Handle receivable and payable accounts and keep financial records
Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
Skills

Proven working experience as a Medical Assistant or Clinical Secretary. You must be friendly, and energetic, a calm problem solver, with the ability to connect with a diverse group of patients in a Christian Faith based clinical setting.
Knowledge of medical office expectations. Management systems and procedures. Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize patient services and clinic's daily operations consistently.
Strong Social perceptiveness and Customer Service Oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are a great sales person, confident and comfortable closing a patients transaction.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to promote the clinic on social media.
Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software

Degree in medical assistance

Schedule*

25 Hours a week
3 Eight Hour days
Every other Saturday on a rotation
COVID-19 precautions
Remote interview process
Personal protective equipment provided or required
Plastic shield at work stations
Temperature screenings
Social distancing guidelines in place
Virtual meetings
Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
All patients are required to wear mask. The Clinic employees must Sanitize surfaces and work areas between patients.

Applicant Qualifications:

All questions must be answered to be considered for the position.

What is the highest level of education you have completed?
Do you have a valid Certified Medical Assistant?
Do you have a valid CPR Certification?
How many years of Clinical development experience do you have?
Please list 2-3 dates and time ranges that you could do an interview.
