Lori Maloney grew up across the river in Caseyville/Collinsville/Maryville with her younger brother who still calls her “little sister.” During her childhood, family and friends were always around and the family camped a lot! Sarah Garwood, MD, has been appointed interim division chief of the Division of Adolescent Medicine for the Department of Pediatrics at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. This comes as Katie Plax, MD, is retiring from WashU effective June 30, 2024, after 23 years of tireless service.
