Get to Know Chef Chad Vanderleest!

Chad has been a team member of our Exclusive Caterer, Butler's Pantry since April 2009 and currently serves as Vice President of Culinary Operations. When Chad is in the kitchen, he enjoys preparing soups but when he is choosing a meal, his go to is Vietnamese cuisine. On his off time, you can find Chad at the Missouri Botanical Garden. He is a plant lover, some may even say mildly obsessed! He also takes any opportunity he can to hit the mountain biking trails as his way of relaxation.

We hope you have the opportunity to try one of Chad's tasty dishes next time you are at Palladium St. Louis!
