Good afternoon, everyone! We are doing a split-the-pot fundraiser to help purchase more bikes for the Cave. The cost per square is $20, half will go to the Cave and the other half will be divided into 4 prizes for each quarter. Payout for each quarter is $250. If you get lucky enough, you can win up to $1,000! If you wish to participate, please write your name on an available square(s) on the sheet that's posted on the Announcement board. Coach Roy will be collecting money and announcing the winners at the Cave Super Bowl party on 02/13. You can pay him cash or Venmo him at .

How it works: at the end of each quarter, the person whose square corresponds with the intersection of the second digit of each team’s score wins the prize. (For example a 14-7 score at the end of the 1st quarter pays out the person who has the square at row 4 column 7). The numbers will be drawn randomly once the teams are set for the super bowl and all squares are filled.

Join us at CrossFit Caveman on Saturday, January 29th at 9 am for a free community boot camp! All are welcome to participate, so share with your friends and family! We look forward to a sweaty good time!

We are excited that we’ll be working with Coach Charlie McKenna and start offering our CFCM Transformation Nutrition Program on 01/15/2022! This 3 month promotional program includes:

1. Bi-weekly virtual personal session with Coach Charlie: focus on goal-setting, problem-solving and accountability. Each individual will have different strengths and opportunities throughout the process, so this will help us figure out how to leverage the skills each person has to overcome the obstacles they’re seeing, and how to build new skills if needed;

2. Weekly Saturday group session - Coach Charlie will provide some educational materials to educate members how to eat on their own and make purposeful changes to their eating habits to achieve a specific goal. The group session will allow people to share their wins and opportunities, along with tips, tricks, recipes etc.

3. Weekly analysis with handheld body fat scanner;

4. Monthly analysis with InBody scanner;

5. Special edition t-shirt featuring new CrossFit Caveman logo.
